Great versatility theme, a refined and uncommon elegance of style and a strong and intense emotionality inherent in all his works, all combined in a safe and natural spontaneity of the stroke and the use of color. These are, in brief, the main features of the art of Donato Ciceri, accomplished painter now living in Orsenigo, in the province of Como, but a native of the same city lariana provincial capital, namely Como, where he had the opportunity and the fortune to follow in his youth, the prices of well-known masters fresco painters Torildo Conconi and Mario Bogani at the school of art "Castellini".
After a period dedicated its fresco and murals and another for learning and practice of engraving with etching and aquatint, Donato Ciceri finds its best streak in the works in oil and acrylic, getting not only a firm and unanimous consent by the press, critics and the wider public, but also practical in many competitions and awards in numerous solo and group exhibitions and impromptu.
